I'm getting the following error when I try to add collaborators, "Something went wrong with your request. Please try to invite collaborators again."

I've reduced the number of collaborators to 1 and still get the message, I've also went up to two days between sending invitations. I need a group of 150 people to have access to this folder so not being able to add them all at once presents a problem. Also, I'm unable to open a ticket. How many users can be invited in a specific period? What length of time is needed between sending invitations to large groups?

    We have previously seen this error in the past if too many collaborators are being invited at a time, and too many invites being made within a certain timeframe. This is expected behavior, because of the measures Box has taken to protect our service. 

    In order to resolve your situation, we recommend that you decrease the amount of collaborators invited at a time and limit the number of invites sent per day.
