Hi,


I'm collaborating with a large group of people and whenever I try to share - even with just one person - I get this error message.


I am a co-owner of the folder and another co-owner can share just fine. We've checked all the settings and can't understand why I can't, but they can.


The max number of people I tried to share with at one time was 5.


I understand this may be a security "feature" but Box is supposedly a collaboration platform, that is hindering me from collaborating and securely sharing files.


Has my account been blocked in some way? Can you unblock it? How long do I have to wait.


Also can you please advise what the suggested maximum number of collaborators I should share this folder with at once is? Is there a per day limit, if so, what is that?


Any help would be appreciated.

Please be informed that a user can invite 100 people to collaborate on a file and maximum of 8,000 people for a folder. At this rate, you may try these browser specific troubleshooting steps to fix your issue.
