Some storage audio missing or delete

Having Box as your cloud storage is a backup. If you have missing files, you may go ahead and check your Trash. You can check this article on how to manage your Trash: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash

If you have a collaborated folder, kindly check with owner if they have removed you as collaborator or the shared link have expired.
