I was saving my documents to the box file on my Mac. It turns out there was a mistake on the synchronization of the file, and after my last upadte of my Mac I lost almost everything located on the file.
¿How can I get them back? ¿Is there anyway?

Losing your contents through your local Box folder is considered permanent deletion. As we do not have a way to recover files that disappeared from your local Box folder.
In the future to prevent this from happening, please make sure your Box Application is up to date.
