Some Box Thumbnail previews on Grid view not showing in browser version

Hi,

 

I’m using Box to display some assets but the preview only seems to show these for assets under 500 MB. Is there a way this setting can be changed so that all thumbnail previews are showing?

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to help with your thumbnail preview! 

Preview is limited to files sized 500MB or smaller and this is not a setting that can be modified, we’re sorry for the limitation.
