Some BOX errors appears in the BOX account while creating/deleting folders and while viewing in BOX Explorer

We are facing some errors in BOX account and BOX explorer, can you please provide your feddback why these errors appears?
1) we are facing this error while doing activity in the BOX account.

2) In BOX explorer,
- When going from .pdf documents back using the breadcrumbs, I often get “a network error has occurred while trying to load” message.
- When going from one .pdf document to another, I often get “We’re sorry, the previous didn’t load. This document may be protected.” message
- If there is a several minute delay between viewing documents, I receive the “document may be protected” error.

Can you please provide your feed back on all of the above BOX account and BOX explorer errors?
