So there is no support at Box?

Upon checking, I see that you are under a free account and the only way to contact Box Support is through this forum. While we're always happy to assist any Box user who's having trouble logging in, for all other issues we only offer technical support to customers on one of our paid plans.

If you have a paid account under a different email address, please log in to that account when interacting with support to get access to the full range of available support options.

I am on a paid plan and there is no direct way to contact support and no one has commented on support request sent through the forum here. I sent a request for technical support because I have only received two notifications so far regarding files I’ve uploaded, but no notifications after that whatsoever. Even when I test it.
