I’ve repeatedly tried to login to the app today, but every time I enter the SMS code it tells me I have the wrong code. I’ve tried copying the code, I’ve typed it in and it is not being accepted.

SMS auth code not recognized
same, I had a chat with support yesterday and they said it's a known issue. They are working on it. Still not working for me either!
From the support chat:
there is currently an issue where users are having trouble logging in to Box Drive with 2FA and our engineering team is aware of this issue
Same issue on Android 12 app. It wouldn't work through the browser either until I logged into support.box.com.
