SMS 2FA CODE NOT WORKING

I have weeks trying any communication with support! They only send me an automatic email asking me some questions, i answers it and They never answers anymore! Need help. I need my files! It is another account because i cant logging into my previously account with the problem and so i cant write in this forum!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to assist! 

If you’re having trouble to generating an MFA code, or its failing to authenticate. Our next option would be disabling your MFA configuration and before that, you must pass our account verification test. That’s why you’re receiving those security questions. 

 

As soon as you pass the test, your MFA configuration will be disabled and from there, you’re free to login and reconfigure your MFA.
