If you’re having trouble to generating an MFA code, or its failing to authenticate. Our next option would be disabling your MFA configuration and before that, you must pass our account verification test. That’s why you’re receiving those security questions.
As soon as you pass the test, your MFA configuration will be disabled and from there, you’re free to login and reconfigure your MFA.
