Using Box for a large company project and our uses are reporting very slow load times when accessing folders via Microsoft Edge and Chrome. It is common for page loads to take 20-30 seconds, and sometimes page loads get into the 1-2 minute range. Users have verified this with video capture and live sessions with our support team.
Is this expected behavior for Box when accessing via the browser? We do not use Box drive.
