Hi! I am experiencing very slow download speeds on video files. I have followed the FAQ and troubleshooting instructions already but have had no success, including:

  • Updating my browser
  • Clearing my browser cache
  • Trying different browsers and networks
  • Disabling plugins and extensions
  • Restarting, refreshing
  • Downloading files individually rather than in large batches

Attached are the speed test I ran per the Box troubleshooting guidelines. As you can see, the actual download speeds are slower than expected.
