Hi! I am experiencing very slow download speeds on video files. I have followed the FAQ and troubleshooting instructions already but have had no success, including:
- Updating my browser
- Clearing my browser cache
- Trying different browsers and networks
- Disabling plugins and extensions
- Restarting, refreshing
- Downloading files individually rather than in large batches
Attached are the speed test I ran per the Box troubleshooting guidelines. As you can see, the actual download speeds are slower than expected.
