Hello

 

Im a photographer and regularly upload 3-4 g worth of data 

I have fibre broadband and in the past could upload this in maybe -5-10mins max

now it seems to take most of the day , this is nothing to do with my internet

service/speed which is fine so I presume is a problem with BOX or my account settings ?

also more than a little dissapointed to see there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE 

anyone got similar issues and any ideas ?

    We have the same issue with our uploads. Since yesterday, all uplouds are dropping from normaly 6-9 MBs to 30-60 KBs. This affects api and web-uploads (on diffrent computers). Bandwithtest to other services are normal. Downloads are not affected.
