Slack Integration not working

We are considering upgrading our agency to use box as our main collaboration tool.  Unfortunately, I get this error every time I try and "grant" access to our Slack channel.

I can't seem to find a person to help me.  Anyone out there know what this means and can help?

I've checked your profile and it looks like you're under a Personal free account.

The error you are seeing is expected as this integration requires Enterprise level account.
