Simple Filename search not working

Hi,

I have a file named "Oracle Retail Notes v1.0".pdf which is uploaded to my Box.com account under a certain folder organisation. 

I understand that full text search inside files may not be possible/accurate, but I did expect a basic filename pattern search to be spot-on accurate. 

For instance, If I type "Notes" (without the quotes when I type it on the Box.com interface) in the search field and hit Search button, the above file is not returned anywhere in the search results. There are no other filters applied (i.e. type size, date etc.)

Could I get support for filename pattern search to work accurately please?

    Have you checked out the tips and guidelines provided in this article when searching in your Box account?

    May we know when was the file uploaded? It can take time between uploading or modifying a file for it to be fully indexed and ready to be searched. In most cases, you can expect newly added or changed files to be available via Box search in 10 minutes. The current service load determines the index time and it may take more than 10 minutes in some cases.

    This file was uploaded to my Box.com account pretty long time ago - probably in 2018. It was not modified since then.

    Has this been resolved? I have text file uploaded that has a single word written in it that search does not find.  it was uploaded several days ago
