Hello,


I am having difficulties similar to the user from this post:

I have reached out to my University's IT help desk for help. While I was on the phone with them, they invited me to become a Managed User on their Box Instance. However, I am not receiving any invites to join the box instance. My account is still set to private and cannot be managed by my university. The IT person told me to reach out to box support to see why I am not getting the invite. Please help! Thank you.
