Hi,

I have had now two instances recently, where the signature process did not complete, when all signatures where collected. I.e. I can see the docuement with all signatures in the "my sign requests" folder, but it does not move to "My signed documents folder" like it normally does, and I don't get the e-mail that notifies signature process has been completed. What could be wrong?
