Sign in takes me to RM Unify

Box stopped syncing so I uninstalled it and tried to sign in again. it takes me to RM unify. it is my sons account from his old school so there is no longer an account there. 

So far I have

Cleared all cookies and browsing history for RM unify

Re-installed Box 

Tried to log into RM unify but his account is no longer valid. 

Put AVG to allow Box to sync and stay awake. 

please can you advise what to try next?

Do you see anywhere an option that says "Not Part of company or RM unify."?

Can you try to manually reset your Box Drive following this article and see if this helps?
