I'm looking to migrate my dropbox data to box.com and the shuttle app will not install. I go to install, it makes me sign in and it take me right back to my box.com dashboard.

Got it resolved from a email ticket, for future searchers:
Instead of accessing Box shuttle from the apps on the left panel, kindly try following the steps below to access Box Shuttle:
Admin Console > Content > Shuttle
