Sharing with External Users

Hello, I want to make it to where there is a single folder which one of my divisions can share files external to others.  I believe folder sharing is disabled for external users at the global level.

 

  1.  How do I re-enable folder sharing at the global level?
  2. Do I have a way to make an “account” and allow that account to share external regardless of global security?
  3. Can I isolate the sharing to external users to one folder, which is not a part of the rest of my job files?

    1. Admin Console → Content & Sharing → “Shared Links” section.  Also maybe the “Collaborating on Content” section if you’re referring to collaboration and not just sharing.
    2. No.
    3. You can do this via Shield/Classification if you’re at the appropriate licensing level.
