Sharing Folders and Content

Hello

I have been using Box for a number of years . Normally I just share single files. Yesterday I wanted to share a whole folder with a large number of files. I kept getting informed by the persons I am sharing with that the folder is empty. Actually the folder has more then 20 files .

Does this mean that If I want to share all the files in a folder , I have to select all the 20 files in the folder then do a share or a share link, or can I just select the folder and do a Share?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    You can just create a shared link for the folder with all those files, so what you did the right thing there. You may have set the wrong Shared link acccess that prevents the user from seeing your files.

    Can you ask the person for a screenshot of what he see on his end, does he encounter an error message when trying to access the link so we can take a look?
