Sharing Box with Coworker

Hi there, 

I have shared Box with several of my coworkers and most of them have had no problems. However one of my guys can't seem to sign in. It keep saying its sending a 6 digit code to the authenticator app but it is sending an 8 digit code.

    I'm sorry to hear that one of your collaborators in having issue and can't sign in to their account.

    Could you please have the affected user go to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support >

    They will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here.", they need to fill the form, we will reach out to look into the issue with his login.
