Sharing box folder to non-GE suppliers

Hi, We would like to share BOX folder to non-GE supplier to share NLR information. Need help on the same. Thank you.

    In order to help with your collaboration, are you having trouble sharing your folders outside your organization? If so, what is the error? 

    Also, are you inviting users to collaborate in one of your folders or you’re just out to send shared links?

    Thank you for the response. Yes, we are having trouble sharing folder outside of organization using their mail id. It does not show any error message as such, but supplier is not able to access the folder. We are inviting users to collaborate in one of the folder. I will also go through the content shared by you & see if it resolves the issue. Thank you.
