I have multiple customers reporting that they cannot access the BOX shared links that I send them.  My links are public, accessible to everyone with the link.  Experiation date 30 days, not yet expired.  All of these links work for me just fine, even if I open it on a computer not logged into BOX. 

These companies are all large government contractors with high-security standards.  They’re not going to adjust their settings for me, a lowly sub contractor.

It appears something has changed with BOX that may be triggering their firewalls for the past month.  Can this be resolved?

We have a user that has left the university, but their account is still active. The shared link they had started isn’t working and would like to be able to access the data still. When users click on the link it just takes you to a upload page to submit files.
