I would like to share information from my Box account to several individuals via a link. However, I do not want the individuals to be able to see who I shared the link with. Do I need to customize any of my settings to do this?

You can definitely share your files to anyone using Shared links, you can set your link with your preferred access type as stated in this article.
And no worries, because people who you shared your link with will not see to which other individual you've shared it to.
