I am setting up a shared link to expire the next day.
For instance, I sent the shared link on March 10th at 1PM with an expiration of March 11th.
When exactly would this shared link expire?
I ask because I've had different experiences on when the actual expiration happens. When I was first doing this it seemed to be happen at the turn of the calendar to March 11th (say at 12:01AM on March 11th) vs. a 24 hour expiration (at 1PM on March 11th). More recently, it seems that there is no set time on March 11th and it happens randomly. Shouldn't this be consistent?

UPDATE from my own testing:
I shared a link to a file at 10:53PM on March 12th and had it set to expire on March 13th. According to the system (Reports > User Activity > Shared Links action), the expiration occurred at 8:11AM on March 13th. How does the system decide the time?!
