Shared Link - Error Message

Hi,

I have shared links with another user set as an editor of my Box.

When they or I (the creator of the documents, the Box, the links) click on the links we get the error message: This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you.

I have double-checked and each file affected has:
been clicked for 'shared link is created'
access set to 'People with the link' and 'Can view and download'

I have tried to submit a help request to Box but, despite filling in the red starred required fields, the 'submit' button is greyed out and can't be clicked.

Any help offered greatly appreciated.
