Dear Box community,

A shared folder at my work with very important documents has disappeared. Do you know how to recover these? The trash is empty and there is no trace that the files or folder ever existed.

Based on the investigation, it seems that the folder owner may be responsible for your inability to access the shared folders. To resolve the issue, please get in touch with the owner.

Apologies, disclosing the end user’s personal information is not something we discuss in a public setting, like the Community forums. 

 

If you can retrieve your previous collaboration invite from your inbox. You would be able to obtain the email address of the person who initiated the invite.
