I was told by my collaborator that they can NOT see the files I have uploaded. Why ?

To help you with your collaboration issue,
- Make sure that you're both looking on the same exact folder.
- Did you uploaded a new file or edited an existing file? Did you saw the file uploaded/edited without any errors?
- Are you seeing the file by yourself in the Box website?
- Lastly, is your collaborator accessing the file through his/her local Box folder or the Box website? Please make it a habit to always check box.com for the newly uploaded/edited files.
