With how many persons can I share a file (with an email indentification) ?

Welcome to the Box Community!

You should be able to share a file via Shared link to as many people as you need. However, if you want to send an invitation to collaborate,

the maximum number of collaborators that can be added at once I believe is 100 collaborators.
