Shared file doesn't appear

I am leaving my employer. As part of my exit they have created a box folder with my personal information, and they've shared the folder with me via my personal email account. That personal email account is the one I use for box. I clicked through the link in my personal email to collaborate on the folder. It takes me into my personal box account. However, the shared folder does not appear. I have tried logging out and in, restarting my computer, clearing my cache, and none of these have helped. 

Please advise!
