I was sent an invitation to collaborate and when I click the link and log into my account- there is nothing there under pending documents. How do I access?

You don't seem to have any collaboration folder(s). To get an access to your colleague's folder please ensure that you're being invited using your email address linked to your Box account.
At this rate, you must contact the owner for collaboration re-invite.
