Hi,

 

Not even an hour after receiving a link to collaborate and confirming that I can access it, I am greeted by an error message that says they can’t find what I’m looking for when I attempt to find the folder. I have confirmed the email address was right.

First, let me just ask the following: 

  • What did you receive? Is it the shared link URL where you’ll directly access the Box file/folder or a collaboration invite sent through your email? 
  • Do you mind uploading a screenshot of your error by attaching it in this thread?
