Shared 1 link to Folder, but consultant managed to download adjacent fille of confidential investors not entitled to: HOW?

I shared a link to ONE folder w 2 files to new Consultant Jack K;  but got notified he downloaded an adjacent CONFIDENTIAL list of UHNWIs he was not entitled to, as he is not in Finance.   HOW did he get access to a completely separate Folder he was NOT sent a link to?

    It's possible that the new consultant was invited to collaborate or was given a shared link by someone else to the Confidential Folder. Have you tried to check the collaborators listed on the affected folder (or its parent folder)? If you see the person's name, you can remove him from the folder following this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196273-Managing-Collaborators#removecollab

    If this folder is owned by someone who is part of a Business or Enterprise Box, the owner may contact his/ her Box Admin and request to run a 'User Activity' report to determine what really happened and who granted the user access to the Confidential Folder.
