Hi there,
I'm a Box Mac app user and every now and then when right-clicking on a folder I want to share the shareable link doesn't appear, and I find myself opening Box on the browser, searching for that folder, and get the shareable link there (which I find time consuming). This happens once or twice a week. Every time it happens I check my internet connection and no problem there.
What can I do?

Sorry to hear about your issue creating Shared Links in Box Drive and to resolve it please disable/re-enable Box Drive's Finder extension. To do this, go to System Preferences > Extensions > Finder, then clear and check Box Finder Extension. Or, you can refresh by force-quitting Finder and then re-starting it.
