I am in the United States, we have clients in Japan. I've created a file folder for them to view their files with our business. They seem to be having issues logging on. I've done this before with other USA based clients and never had a problem, but I never done this before with Japanese or other foreign clients.
So is there some issue(s) when sharing files between foreign clients or Japanese clients in particular? Can you share files with clients in other countries including Japan?
