Hi,
I am looking to share one single document with all users in our organization, but would like them to have only preview access. Is that possible?
When testing today, I could only invite people as collaborators or viewers, but not preview.
I can share the folder in preview only, but that is not what I want.
Is it possible, and if so, how can I do that?

Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post!
When inviting collaborators to a "single file", the only available access levels are Editor and Viewer. These are the only access levels available for collaborators on a single file.
If you need to grant preview access on your collaborators, you will need to put the file in a folder and then you will have more options on permissions you may grant them such as "Previewer".

How can I share file as view only so the guest can't download or copy the files?

Welcome to the Box Community!
You can create a "Shared link" you can share to your guest and that will give them a view only access to your file. You also have the option to disable the download option to prevent them from downloading your shared content.
