Can you setup a webhook v2 on a file that is contained in a folder not created by you but invited as a collaberator with Editor level of access?

    Can create the webhook on the folder, but can I download the file?

    Firgured out my problem, and yes you can download a a file in a shared folder using JWT authentication.
