Hello. I use Box Sign inside my Salesforce. I saw the “Set Auto Reminders On” checkbox when setting up a Box Sign for an object.
I'm interested in this setting but don't understand how it works. After sending a test document for signature from Salesforce, I realized that it was not working. Can you please provide more information about this setting?
For example:
- Is it possible to configure the frequency of sending reminders?
- Is it possible to set up an email template for reminders?
