User's old account, [email redacted], had files stored in Box. His email was changed to [email redacted] last week. I set it yesterday around 1700 est to make the email name change and nothing has populated the new email account.

Or if you could recover the account from yesterday [email redacted] I can manually share the folders with the users new email address.
