I am a member of a corporation that has a Business Plus membership.

When I use Box Sign to set a certain external user's email address (email address A) as a signatory and execute a signature request, it automatically changes to a completely different external user email address (email address 😎 afterward.

This phenomenon only occurs with that specific email address (email address A).

However, when Box folder access permissions are granted to this email address (email address A), this issue does not occur, and the permissions are properly granted to this email address (email address A).

How can I resolve this Box Sign problem?
