Service Accounts files are not visible to admin and co-admin not even in admin console

I have created a application in enterprise account and utilise JWT authentication to upload files over the box storage of service account, Now I want to allow users to view those files like admin or co-admin only. I can't figured out a way to do this. I have explored all of the box support and still finding a way to to this.
