Hello,

I am trying to retrieve a previous version of a file but receive a server error when trying to do so. I get this error when trying to:

Version History

Server Error
File versions could not be retrieved.
No prior versions are available for this file.

    Regarding your error while accessing the file's older versions. 

    How many collaborators can access this file? Are your other collaborators experiencing the same 'server error' when accessing version history?
