Hi, I have a Personal Pro subscription. I have a bookkeeping practice and request documents from my clients. If I share a folder with a client, it seems like they have a maximum file size limit of 250MB that they can upload to the folder. I was under the impression they could share a larger file. For example a large spread sheet could well exceed that limit. How can I request a large file from my clients?

    Note that the maximum file size limit for uploads to Box varies depending on your account type:

    • Free personal: 250 MB
    • Starter: 2 GB
    • Business: 5 GB
    • Business Plus: 15 GB
    • Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
    • Enterprise Plus: 150 GB
