Sending a message to all Box Users - Managed and External

I have to send a notice to all of the collaborators in Box regardless of which folders they are collaborating on. EVERY user. Is there a way to send that notice without having to repeat it for every root folder? Thanks,

    Welcome to the Box Community!
     
    The feature you are inquiring with sending email to all your users (External or Managed) is currently not supported in Box.
     
    I appreciate your feedback and would highly recommend that you send this directly to our Product Team through Box Pulse for possible consideration and implementation in the future. 
     
    Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.

    Has this become a supported feature yet?  We also have the need to notify all users, managed and unmanaged.
