Sending a copy of a recording

I worked with a vendor to create a new quality of life survey. We recorded the one hour zoom meeting and now I want to share the MP3 with my colleagues. I need a copy of the recording. Right now, it looks like the recording is only available inside Box. My colleagues want Box access (and neither does our employer).

    I believe that this is a shared file that you want to share. You may want to look in to the permission level you have in this folder.

    If you are not the co-owner or editor then you need to contact the owner of this folder to update your permission level or have the owner add your colleagues as collaborators.
