Hi.,
Sender is not getting email notification when they uploads the new files into the folder. Collaborators are getting notifications.
Example:
A,B and C are the collaborators.
A Uploads the file. B and C receives the email notification.
B Uploads the file. A and C receives the email notification.
C Uploads the file. A and B receives the email notification.
I have checked on enterprise account setting>notification> checked uploads (items i own and i've joined)
Under folder setting>Email notification> chosen "override default settings for the folders and subfolders" >checked uploads.
Can someone please assit me on this?
