Selecting multiple collections on iOS

Love the collections feature. However on the mobile app it’s a long winded affair if I want to add a file to say 4 or 5 different collections. I have to press the 3 dots on the selected file, select collections then select the collection I want. That’s perfect if I only want to add it to one collection, but if I want to add the file to 4 or 5 different collections I have to repeat that process 4 or 5 times. I would love to be able to select multiple collections from the list

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    You should be able to do this and select multiple collections if you open the file in Box preview. Here's how:

    To add a new item to a collection:

    1. Tap the item you want to add.  Box displays the preview screen.
    2. In the bottom menu of the preview screen, tap Collections icon.
    3. Tap the name of the collection to which you want to add the file.
