Select files are not syncing on Box Drive for Mac Monterey

Some files are syncing correctly but others (specificially .psd files) are syncing by name but at 0kb on box.com

Have you upgraded to the newest/current version of the Mac OS, Monterey 12.4 as this version may help resolve the issue you're encountering.

Can you uninstall, reboot and then re-install Box Drive from your computer?
