Security code isn't working

I got a new iphone and I'm trying to log in on my box account. I put the security code I'm being sent into it, and it says it's the wrong security code. So I try again. And again, And again. Every time, the new security code is the wrong one.

 

This seems like an issue with the security code system rather than me.

Having exactly this problem.  Have 2 factor authentication on.  Box windows app asks to login.  I enter the password and then the code from the text it sent me and it says wrong code.  Ask it to resend the code, get the same code again and still says wrong code.  Tried closing app and reloading - it sent me a new code this time and still says wrong code when I entered it  For logging into this support site, the code it sent via text works fine.  2 factor authentication using texts does not appear to be working correctly now.

Checking in here. I still haven't received an emails from Box support. I need to use Box on my phone to do my job. How long can I expect Box.com to be inaccessible on my phone.

Same exact problem here that Ed Rayner described above.  Windows desktop.  I even tried to fix by uninstalling / reinstalling the app just now.  Same result.  I login to Box Drive App with password but double authentication requires a security code via text.  Box sends me a text with a code that doesn't work. Resends same code, still doesn't work.  Close, reopen the app, still doesn't work.  Uninstall and reinstall the app - still doesn't work.  Nothing works.

Per chat with support, it's a known problem that their engineers are working on.  Meantime the workaround is to disable double authentication, which you need them to do -- fill out a support ticket.

I am having the same problem. I tried removing the 2 factor authentication, but I get a blank red error box. How do I create a support ticket?

What I did: choose Support menu at top of this form; choose Contact Support; then go to Chat with a support agent and tell them the problem that they already know about.  If they haven't fixed it yet, they can eliminate your 2 factor authentication.

Same issues, until now i cant access may account, i have to create this new account just to be able to put comment in this thread. Come on, please contact me directly, i can reset my password to my old account, but still cant login because i had activated 2FA before and yet cant receive the security code thru SMS.
