Hi
I am leaving my company in a few weeks time and I have given access to 1000s of files to my close team members. They are already struggling to find files while I am on garden leave, it seems that they dont have a search window when using my link. Do I have to give permissions or adjust settings somehow for them to be able to search for files? Any help much appreciated, I am not a skilled user of Box as I inherited this from a previous team.

Welcome to the Box Community!
Box search works if you own the content or if you are a collaborator in a content. If your team members are accessing your files through a Shared link, the search window will not appear to them. You would have to invite them as collaborators in your folders/ files for them to be able to use Box Search.
In addition, since you mentioned about leaving the company, if your members need continuous access to these files, you may choose transfer the ownership of these files to one of them.
